Orders are managed on-line and in real-time providing all parties visibility and control. Order status follows the procurement process:
- Open - vendor has not reviewed
- Confirmed - vendor confirmed
- Adjusted - buyer or vendor change
- In Transit - order shipped
- Received - order received

- Standard: Company negotiates with vendors independently
- Auction: Lowest vendor price is displayed to all vendors without indicating who the low vendor is.
- Contract: RFQ negotiations create a contract that can be managed on the iTN system
