Discover the new Traceability application
|
As an enhancement to our customers, ITN is pleased to release our new Traceability application. With the growing need for the recording of every step in the supply chain process, ITN's traceability application provides our trading partners with the ability to track product information based on attributes such as SKU, GTIN, COOL , etc. as well as predefined parameters.

This new traceability application is now located within our Order Management Solution under the Accounting module and appears on the Invoice screen in the upper right corner as "Trace".

ITN's Traceability Resource Center provides the latest information on: pending government legislation, industry initiatives such as the Produce Traceability Initiative (PTI), Country of Origin Labelling (COOL) audit status, recalls, ITN’s approach to food safety and traceability.

We achieve this through our Order Management Solution (OMS), which many of you use today. OMS has been enhanced with many features to enable ITN customers to meet the milestones set by PTI. We recently completed a successful pilot through PTI's 5 milestones with one of our major grocery retail customers, proving that our OMS solution meets the requirements defined by PTI.
