Heineken Releases New Website to Help Their Customers Do Business More Effectively


Pleasanton, CA – October 6th, 2009

Heineken UK announced today the launch of a new website for their UK customers, www.online.heineken.co.uk, that will provide a number of web-based services, including a tailored online ordering solution for each customer. These new services have been built using a technology platform provided by iTradeNetwork, the leading e-commerce specialist to the retail, foodservice and hospitality industries, ensuring easy-to-use, intuitive functionality delivering a best in class customer experience.

Other innovations include the ability for customers using the website to request a call back from Heineken’s customer service team, First Point. "This 'click-to-call' function is an industry first," said Mountstevens, "and underlines the fact that while Heineken wants to make the most of digital technologies, we will still ensure customers do not lose the personal touch they enjoy today."
