ITN Strategic Sales Account Manager


Location: Pleasanton, CA

Account Managers are responsible for the sales and account management of iTradeNetwork, Inc. suite of workflow solution products. Account Managers responsibilities include prospecting through proactive outbound calling to retailers and foodservice companies, identify decision makers, determining customer needs, developing ITN workflow product potential users, overcome customer objections and close sales duties:

Primary Responsibilities

The ITN Sales Account Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, distributing marketing generated leads, generating sales calls, developing accounts and closing sales. Account Managers work with ITN trading partners in an effort to drive incremental revenue by developing and following up on leads, distributing leads and following up to book, bill and collect.

Additional responsibilities include managing customer relationships, supporting marketing activities, answering product questions and giving product demonstrations, discussing/quoting additional integration and support services, working through technical implementation issues from an account management perspective, preparing required sales documentation/communication, activity reports and forecasts, and responding to general customer questions.

Individuals must possess high energy and a genuine desire to develop and close sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Self-motivated, energetic personality with exceptional communication and selling skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience selling and managing key accounts for enterprise level software solutions /e-commerce solutions.
  • Must be technology savvy and able to clearly articulate ROI.
  • Excel at working with trading partners in prospecting and qualifying potential customers. Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment with strong time management skills

Must have unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
