POSITION DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY

The iTradeNetwork, Inc. Technical Support Representative is part of the Technical Support team that provides 24/7 coverage for ITN customers using our web based software and EDI integration products. The position requires a driven candidate who is a fast learner, has excellent interpersonal abilities, attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The following are some of the specific duties and responsibilities of technical support representatives:

  • Ability to handle heavy volume from clients across multiple support channels
  • Log support cases and track them to a timely completion in accordance with service level agreements
  • Document new software features and post them to our internal knowledge base and online help section
  • Case management including escalation procedures and protocols
  • Customer training on software features, data entry and workflows

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:


This position requires an on-call rotation that includes weekend and holiday coverage.
Bachelors degree preferred and minimum 2 years experience in a high paced call center or similar experience.
Experience in EDI, Bilingual Spanish or French fluency a strong plus.

Must have unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
