Business Systems Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
iTradeNetwork, Inc. with an office in Boise, ID has an opening for a Business Systems Analyst.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, reviews, analyze and evaluate efficient business systems in support of overall business strategies. This position includes identifying, gathering and writing detailed descriptions of internal and external customer requirements, working with decision makers, systems owners and users to prioritize requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve system issues or steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- Development of Software Requirements by evaluating and resolving technical feasibility and design considerations and optimizations
- Ensures business requirements are clear and concise and efficiently delivered to engineering through ongoing communication with development architect team to determine best course of action for the design model.
- Develops and distributes mock-ups
- Facilities efficient engineering process through ongoing communication with development architect team to determine the best course of action for the design model.
- Responsible for the coordination of assigned projects and teams. Manages daily team (scrum) meetings and reports findings and escalations to the Product Owner and VP of Engineering
- Provides product orientation and training to external and internal customers at the completion of the release cycle
- Provides ongoing training to ITN development personnel as needed as it relates to new product development

- Bachelor's Degree in technical field
- Minimum of 5 years requirements analysis experience
- Minimum 3 years of software project management
- Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability
- Ability to convert client requests into technical enhancement requests in accordance with ITN architecture and framework guidelines
- Demonstrated passion for learning new technologies and quickly grasping concepts in a dynamic environment
